PCR Purification using Millipore Spin Column:

1. Add 360λ of sterile water to each spin column.
2. Add entire PCR reaction to its respective column.
3. Spin at 3000 rpm for 15′.
4. Add 20λ of sterile water to column.
5. Invert column and place into a fresh collection tube.
6. Spin at 3000 rpm for 2′.
7. Store DNA at -20˚C.
